How can we help?
BasicsDo I need to download an app?
No. Xsporty runs in your browser — open the web app and find a game in seconds. The iOS and Android apps add phone notifications.
BasicsIs Xsporty free?
Yes. Signing up and joining free games costs nothing. If an organizer charges for a court, you see the price before you join.
PaymentsHow do I pay for an event?
Right in the app when you reserve your spot. The organizer sees your payment confirmed.
PlayingDo I have to be good at the sport?
No. Every game shows its level — beginner, intermediate or advanced — so you can pick one that fits.
PlayingWhat happens if an event is full?
Join the waitlist. When someone drops out, the next person moves up and gets notified.
PlayingWhat sports are on Xsporty?
Soccer, pickleball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, running and more.
OrganizingCan I organize private games just for my friends?
Yes. Make an event private and only people you invite can see and join it.
OrganizingCan I make a game repeat every week?
Yes. Turn on Recurring and every edition is created and your group invited automatically.
BasicsCan I use Xsporty outside Puerto Rico?
Yes. Events are found by location, so it works anywhere. No game near you yet? Create the first one.
BasicsIs the app in Spanish?
Sí. The whole app works in English and Español.
Didn't find your answer?
Players, organizers and venues — we reply in English or Español.
