Xsporty Turns One: A Year of Games & Community
One year of games, friendships and community. What we've seen, where we're headed, and an invite to celebrate with us on Oct 14 in Santurce.

A year ago, we launched Xsporty with a simple mission: make playing sports in Puerto Rico as easy as opening an app.
One year later, what makes us proudest isn't a number. It's the people who discover a game, show up at the court, meet new teammates, and come back week after week.
What makes us happiest this year
Our community is growing in the way that matters most: more people are playing more often.
People who once struggled to find games, meet other players, or coordinate schedules are now playing two, three, and even four times a week. What used to be difficult is becoming part of their routine.
And that means so much more than playing sports. It means building friendships, staying active, improving our well-being, and creating a stronger community through the games we love.
That's what Xsporty was built for. And we're just getting started.

Xsporty was founded by Jesús Salgo (cofounder and CEO) and Jorge Guerra (cofounder and CTO).

What's next
Year two is about making it even easier to play, and giving you more places to do it:
- A smoother app. We're building new features so you can find games, organize your group and track your activity in fewer taps.
- More games and tournaments. We'll keep growing pickup games and tournaments like the Copa Xsporty Femenina.
- More courts across the island. We're looking to partner with sports complexes and municipal facilities to connect more courts with more players.

We want to celebrate this first year with you. We've reserved two ping pong tables to play, catch up and toast to year one. We start early, and you're welcome to bring a plus-one. Bring your paddle! 🏓
